Afterglow is Archipelago's take on the moment just after golden hour, when light gets softer and colours grow richer. The six grades lean cinematic and editorial: considered contrast, shadows that keep their detail, and strong colour that still leaves skin looking like skin.
The mood is restrained, with gentle drama and depth, and warmth woven into the tones rather than layered over them. Because each grade is built to cope with mixed light, you spend less time correcting the preset before it suits the photo.
Compatible with Lightroom Classic, Lightroom, Lightroom Mobile and Camera Raw in Photoshop; a current Adobe subscription version is required. A good fit for portrait, wedding, editorial and fine art photographers, and for moody lifestyle sessions.
