Terms of Service

These terms apply when you open an account at ShopPresets or buy something from us. Using the site means you accept them.

What we sell

Everything here is a digital file. After payment it appears in your account library for download, and nothing is sent by post.

Your account

Keep your password safe and use the account yourself; it can't be shared with others. If we find fraud, abuse or files being passed on to other people, we can suspend the account.

Memberships

A membership opens the catalog for the period you paid for, up to the daily limit shown when you buy it. Single-payment plans end on their own. Plans marked as renewing keep charging until you cancel them in your account.

Using the files

Your rights are explained on the License page. The files themselves can't be resold, shared or handed on.

Payment

Stripe processes all payments. Your card details are never stored on our side.

If these terms change

We may edit this page over time. If you keep using the site after a change, the new version applies to you.
