Refund Policy

Our packs are digital and reach you right away, so once you have downloaded a file the sale is normally final. There are exceptions.

You get your money back if

• The same item was charged to you twice.
• A file is broken or missing and we can't give you a replacement that works.
• You bought a pack, haven't downloaded it, and ask within 14 days.

How to ask

Send your order number through the contact page. After a refund, the pack leaves your library.
