Leica Reviewby Leica Review
Leica-Review created Basic Gold with one kind of photographer in mind: someone walking the streets with a Leica around their neck.
The team worked directly with RAW files from the brand's rangefinders, compacts and mirrorless bodies. The aim was to keep the fine local contrast and deep colour those sensors are famous for, then lay a warm, gilded film tone on top.
Options for bright days, after dark, gloomy interiors, classic monochrome and gentler contrast.
Other cameras can use them, though Leica owners will see the biggest benefit. Provided as XMP for desktop Lightroom and Camera Raw.
